I am having an issue with a job ....
I have a report.
I created a new job and included this report in this job.
i have specified prompts, given mailing option to send to my mail box with pdf attachment.
Issue is, when i schedule the report, job runs successfully (from job history) and i receive the mail with pdf attachment but without any data in it.
To test/confirm, i ran the report with same prompts and it was running fine(retrieving data).
I even ran the above created job directly( run with options --> run now), this way too, the job ran successfully and i got a mail in my mailbox with pdf attachment. And this attachment was having data in it.
I rechecked it again by running the job directly and i got the attachment mail with data. But when the job is scheduled, i am getting empty attachment in mail box.
Could you any body help me out why the data is not coming when the job is scheduled.
env: cognos 8.3, windows, oracle 9.

Are you schedule your report as yourself? If you have row-level security in your FM model, different users may get a different output. Try to test your report as you and as user that executing schedule. You can find a user for your schedule report under upcoming task window.
