Title: Page Break in PDF
Post by: kalyan_sekhar1 on 11 Jun 2006 01:37:06 AM
Hi All,

In the report i am having a List in which data is grouped by basing on a column. When viewed the report is fine, but when i exported to PDF, some of the rows related to same group are showing in two pages. How do i can avoid breaking ? In other words i want to shows the data related to same group in the same page

Thanks

I feel this is something not possible. It is the property of the PDF itself. U can't put all the related information in one paper itself. But still, try setting the page setup option. Choose a paper size other than defualt and try it. Remember to have a page break setup so that the other group info doesn't start in the middle of the page.

I dont think that it is possible. Because as per your choice you want to display the grouped data on to same page, this will leads to multiple page size for a same report ,which is not feasible.
Yes, you can do onething like your summary information is always going to be with the data, for this you have to set the pagination property for the list in the report.
