EXCEL 2007 INSERTING ILLEGAL XML CHARACTERS. RUNNING CERTAIN REPORTS TO EXCEL 2007 FORMAT GENERATES ERRORS WHEN OPENED IN EXCEL.

I am running the rpeort in excel 2007, after downloading first 1 is appearing and after clicking the yes i am getting a blank page and second error pop up is appearing

p.s: its working fine for excel 2002.
