I am getting following error during Publishing of the Application to a Container.

Unable to Bulk Load the data.

Error found in output.

SQL*Loader-951: Error calling once/load initialization

Could anybody please advice ?

Doing a quick google search on your error reveals:

I've personally seen this issue myself and this was the resolution to it.  Your situation may be different, but give this a try and let us know if it worked.
