Actually i didn't get the welcome screen page. Why it is so. I am not sure about the Portal No 9300. Is it correct? How to check?

Click on 'My Area' beside 'Luch' tab, select 'My Preference' and check the option as shown in the attached screenshot.

Log off and log on again.. should be able to see the 'Welcome Page'
