UDA-SQL-0190 A local database name is required within a multi-database to locate a specific database.

How can I isolate what is causing this problem?

What kind of database is the data source definition pointing at?
How has the data source definition been defined?

All of the data sources are pointing to DB2 data bases.

As this is with Framework Manager, do you have all the necessary Client drivers installed on the pc you are running FM on? Can you connect with other tools (e.g. a database client) to the database server?
If not it's most likely db client configuration issue.
