Print Page - prompts on the report page

Hi,

I have a list report. On top of the list I have to provide the prompts. when I run the report first I have to show only the prompts on th ereport page once I select the prompts report has to display with prompts and report output.

Any idea how to achive this?

Put the prompts on the Report Page and make the filters 'Required'.
