Hi,

I am trying to use Cognos GO! Office (8.4.1) for the first time and receive the error message 'the server did something wrong' when trying to import any report into Word/Excel/Powerpoint etc. Can anyone offer any assistance?

I have enabled the report service within Cognos Configuration already.

Have you enabled the report data service? That's the one needed for Go! Office.
