Title: Logon to Active Directory namespace stopped working

Two days ago the logon to our Active Directory namespace (not LDAP, but "native" AD) stopped working. Until then it worked fine for more than a year. Every user that tries to logon receives the following error message:

The provided credentials are invalid. Please type your credentials for authentication.

In IBM Cognos Configuration, the namespace can be tested without problems.
I also tried to setup the domain administrator account as the binding credentials for the namespace, but that made no difference.

Any resolution to this? Our users are experiencing the same issue.

No, I had to create a new namespace based on LDAP. Even IBM couldn't resolve the issue. They suspect there's some kind of problem with our Active Directory installation, however it does work when connecting through LDAP instead of native AD.

If you do resolve the problem, please let me know.
