Hi,
I need to email the report as an attachment to the user or the user himself runs the report and wants it to be emailed as an attachment. I found a case regarding that..

I followed the same but, i am not recieving any email. I checked in the run history and it says succeded. Not able to find where is the problem. Please suggest me where to find the problem and how to solve it.
Note: I have not defined any bursting requirement for the reports. I mean i havenot set the burst option of the report.

Do you have the email server and account details setup in Cognos Configuration on the CRN server?
Have asked the client about the same. Waiting for his reply..

I haven't received any reply from the client. But in meantime, my collegue tried the same and it worked for id. It mailed the output. But i am not able to understand why the same is not happening to me.
Any help/thoughts..
