Hi All,
I got struck with a Problem in Data format
I have a field name called Partcipant ID in that stored rows wihich are coming from DB2 Database
The values that are stored are 10,099 or 1,010,010 or even a single digit like 3  etc

i want them as 000-01-0099 and 001-01-0010 and 000-00-0003
Suggest me some Ideas

Cognos 8 BI is not a tool; it is a suite of tools.  Which of those tools - Report Studio, Query Studio, Analysis Studio, Framework Manager, Metric Studio, Data Manager, Connection - Are you using????

In theory you should be able to use the PATTERN property under DATA FORMAT option for the data item in the query.
