Can any one help me how to apply conditional block on a reperter cell .
The condition is on CLIENT NAME that should appeare only once and remove the duplicate from the cell repearing.

Have you considered the possibility of using a Section on The Client column
Cos if u do that i dont think you need the conditional formating block

but in my report look like below what i didÃ,  is i kept client info, patient info and services in repeator to acheive the structure and page break by number.i need to get all the client information corresponding to that number.can u tell me how to acheive this.

You can definitely achive all this if you use a bit of formating here and there

You dont need to use a repeater at all
you need a list report and some formating. if i have understood your problem right
i created a dummy table with client and patient info such that a patient has number of diff claims
i am attaching the output xml report with this .. pls tell me if this is the format you wanted in
