Hi again

Can anyone tell me how to drill through from Graphs or Charts to list / crosstab and viceversa ?
I need to know the steps involved.

Hi Zenith,

Drilling through from a chart in ReportNet is not supported, sorry. It has been added as a new feature in Cognos 8 if that's any help...

Drilling through from a list is documented in the ReportUser Guide, Chapter 5 - Working With Existing Reports.

Yes, absolutely. Define a filter with a parameter on your chart report for each value you wish to pass through. Then create a drillthrough to that report from your list, and make sure all the passed items map correctly.

Take a look at this post for additional guidance.Ã,Â It covers multiple parameter drill-throughs, but one parameter or many...it's all done the same way.
