Guess, few of you might have overcome this issue.
In our COGNOS reporting environment the Business Users are having access only to run the reports in HTML and PDF but some Business users want access to run the report in Excel as well for few reports.
Could some one let me know how to give Excel report output access for Specific User/Report.

What Cognos-Version do you use?
How did you restrict report-running only in HTML and PDF, not in XLS?
