Title: Report not printing on network printer

Hi,

Here is the issue:

We have just installed a new printer to print our packing lists from the WMS. The packing lists are generated via Cognos Connection and get printed to various network printers basesd on the set up in the WMS and the server (on which cognos 8.1) is installed.

We have many printers already set up and working fine. But seem to be unable to have packing slips print out of this new network printer.

I have configured the new printer in cognos connection, under tools > directory>printers. Also set up the printer locally on the server on which Cognos is installed. Assigned the same queue name in cognos as configured in our WMS and put in the network address as  \\servername\printername in cognos printer set up.

Is there any thing that I might have missed that is preventing the packing list from printing at the new printer we have set up?
