calling all citrix gurus
We are having intermittant problems with Analyst and Manager in a citrix environment
The screen will just hang and the only way out is to disconnect the window and IT then disconnect the session
My gut feeling it that it is due to the screen not refreshing when a system message is displayed (such as the cube is read only) as it happens often when switching between manager screens
I don't know enough about citrix to be sure but it would make sense
If it is that, does anyone have a clue about how we can resolve it. It's very frustrating

Has any testing been done directly on the citrix server?
Actions within Analyst, such as attempting to close a d-cube or d-list when changes have been made, should generate a prompt. If these are being displayed normally I don't believe it's related to a dialog not being handled correctly.
Maybe there is some session logging that can be enabled on the Citrix side of things that might help?
