Title: GTP failed due to unreconciled items
Post by: Amritha on 13 Sep 2010 01:58:00 PM
Hi All,

While running GoTo Production an error message appears :

There are unreconciled elist items....

Symptom
Unable to aggregate data for e.List item {7A1AA88E-50C0-4711-8F28-A1BE4BF1C301} using 'epRT_%v.AdminServer.ReconcileAggregateNode'

Can any one tell me how to resolve it.

Thanks in Advance.

HI Stuart,

Solution given by IBM Support:

Symptom
Unable to aggregate data for e.List item {7A1AA88E-50C0-4711-8F28-A1BE4BF1C301} using 'epRT_%v.AdminServer.ReconcileAggregateNode'

Cause
Several million cells at the aggregated level is clearly too much

Resolving the problem
Delete aggregation level and run GTP Steps:In Contributor Administration Console select your application:
1. Under Development->E.List and Rights select E.List
2. Delete aggregation level which prevents Reconcile process
3. Run GoTo Production
4. Build Reporting on aggregation level whith Total and Aggregate functions

If i delete the Aggregation level (Parent level), child items will still have data 0r i am going to loose the data?
Can you articulate  more about the 4 step...

Thanks in Advance,

Amritha

If you have the ability I would suggest you test this on a copy of the model.

Deleting the top level will not cause the children level to loose data.  You will then be able to recreate a top level.

Hope the IBM solution works.  I have personally not had this problem before.
