when ever i try to start cognos services in cognos configuration i get error.
please refer to attach screen shot.

I don't see an attached screen shot. ???

Did you check the log files in the instlog folder as suggested in your previous thread?

Sorry - I don't make my email address public. Why not post the image onto a free site such as imgbb.com and add an IMG link to it in your post? That way everyone can see and potentially suggest what may be wrong.

You still haven't commented on whether you have checked the log files in instlog!
