Hi Guys

I want to run a report in cognos scheduler and save the output as delimited ASCII with quote strings like you can do in Impromptu

You can save it as Delimited ASCII but not wuth quote string

does anyone know if this is possible or have a workaround

Hi,

Have you tried writing a macro with Cognos Script to save the report in the desired format and then schedule the macro. Cognos Script has a whole load of samples and also a decent help for syntax. This may be a starting point.
