Hi All,

I have a requirement where the report is scheduled and has to send the ouptput by e-mail. When the report is executed mail is sent to the User in my name i.e administrators name. Do I have any option to change the sender name as some group/team's name (like ABC@Xyz.com).

Please help me on this issue.Appreciate your quick response.

Create a user ABC@xyz in your authentication provider, then schedule the reports when in Cognos under that name.

There is also a global parameter that you can set (Set the variable 'alwaysUseDefaultSender' to 'true') under the Delivery Service properties in Cognos Administration.
