Title: Cx Xcelerator and Office 2010

Hi all,

I have a client who has bought and implemented CXX and have also upgraded to Office 2010.  They are now trying to install Xcelerator and it is not successful.  IBM do not even list Office 2010 as an product, let alone say it is supported.  Does anyone have any ideas about how they could make it work?

Yes - downgrade office to 2007!

Unfortunately only 2007 is supported. Instead, publish your spreadsheets as applications to TM1 web and have users do their entry there.

They hardly even support 2007 yet. There are a lot of bugs when you use 2007 and often you have to disable the ribbon in order to make things work or use 2003

I've had trouble with workflow in 2007 definitely, but so far no other major issues (though I have seen others experience oddities).  TM1 Web applications will be your safest bet!
