Dear all,
One user is telling that - sometimes,in a unpredictable way - a link between 2 pages in a PDF report is not working correctly, and that she is redirected to an other page than the one expected.
First problem, but you can't do anything for that, she has still not understood that we would need a PDF with this problem.
Problem 2: I have never been able to reproduce the problem, testing many many times.
Problem 3: she is supposed to be highly qualified and responsible, so I would tend to think that there is no reason that she would spend her time complaining about things that doesn't exists. So I prefer to investigate of this possible problem.
So, I try to describe the situation:
On one page of the report, I put a bookmark: Source Type = Text, Label = "T_O_C".
On the other pages,I have a textItem, with the property drill-Through defined as: tab "bookmark", Source Type = Text, Text = "T_O_C".
I think that it is difficult to do more simple.
How is it possible that the link could be wrong in some cases ?
Do you think it is really possible that it happens ?
Note: all expected pages are created and displayed correctly.
Could it be a PDF problem ? Adobe reader problem ?
Voodoo problem ? ;)
Thanks,
vinc.
Dear all,
Even if there is no answer to my (silly?) question, could it be possible to have the "confirmation" that I'm using a correct technic for the "link & bookmark" stuff ?
It would be great.
Thanks,
Regards,
Vinc.
