Hi All,

We have created the Analyst Model and Contributor Application on test server. Now we want to move it on to the production server, is there any procedure available to accomplish the task?

Hi Moreshwar,

What version are you on?
In version 8 you will have the deployment wizard for this task.
In previous versions it is a bit more cumbersome, as it involves copying Analyst libraries (if required) and transferring the database files (backup and restore and attaching to Contributor Admin Console).

We are on cognos 8.4.

either way you go ... you will need to remap the application datastore for each contributor macro and any network UNC paths.
