I am working on a simple line chart that plots the progress of production numbers over the year...so i have the date in the x axis and the various streams of produnction in the series...the date appears in numerical format eg 2010-04-01. if i change the data format properties like we normally do for a list column it does not seem to have any effect on the axis..it still displays the same way...i have used the datename func(after its own hurdles)to get the date in letters and numbers... Is there any other property that needs to be changed other than using the dataname func..
The other issue is that since this is yearly and we get new production numbers biweekly this is scheduled to run biweekly to produce the chart...but in the beginning of the year when there are only a dates to populate in appears in the center of the chart (x Axis) and not in the left extreme...these appear like simple but i have not worked with charts a lot to know these..
