Title: Changing Cognos Viewer Based on User class

Hi ,

I know , i can do this by editing system.xml file.. is there any other way, i can achieve this.

I want to disable Cognos Viewer Button for users based on their User Groups,,

please reply me if this possible other than editing system.xml file.
