Hi All,

      Can you please let me know the necessary things need to keep in mind
while upgrading the environment from Cognos Planning 7.3 to
Cognos TM1 9.5?

This is not so much an upgrade as a re-implementation. So all the things that you would need to consider when implementing a system!
