Hi Everyone

I want to attach Date Timestamp to each report name for identifying when the report was saved and for ease of retrieval.

Would someone be able to tell me how this can be achieved using Cognos 8 Report studio.

are you trying to save the report output on a shared drive by scheduling the report..

Whenever a report output is saved, it is automatically Date Timestamped in the Content Store. You can see these stamps in Cognos Connection. Or are you referring to something else?

Would someone be able to tell me the procedure of how to view the Date Timestamp in the Content Store using Cognos Connection when a report output is saved.

If I understand correct, you can view it as the Finish time under activities for the report.
