Creating Tree Structure without using Dimensional Data Sources.Possible Somehow?

Hi fellows,

I wonder if it is possible to create Tree Prompts without any Dimensional Data Source to show data hierarchically?

I know it is easy with dimensional data source but i already tried but i takes so much time to run the report.

It is faster with standard sources but now i face this issue .

Any ideas to solve ?
