CognosConnection Hangs

Hi all,
If any one faced this kind of problem please help me out,
I work in somewhat big Org.
Environment is like my Cognos related Report Server/Oracle DB Servers are at a diff. location and I sit at diff. location.
The CC Portal takes lill while to load all its icons/toolbars we can say its real real slow to load even the CognosConnection and ReportStudio from there to do any kind of Reporting.
Ok very recently a problem started, when ever I do some work in the ReportStudio and try to save or validate and then try to close that report, it closes successfully but my CognosConnection hangs on me, when I go into the Task Manager it says CC is NotResponding and if I try to end the task all the windows related to Cognos just Shutsdown/Closes. I though it would be some kindof IExplorer issue and checked all the Internet Options and changed 'em to Restore Default still it doesn't work.

Well I used to have a Google Tool Bar I uninstalled that one also but still the problem continues.

Please come out with some suggestions for me.

I think I figured this one out,
But I'm still testing this - once satisfied will post what I did in here.
Mean while any valuable suggestions would be appreciated.
