Need a Career Development Plan for Cognos 8

Hi,

I am having 3 years of experiance in Cognos 8.
I worked extensively on Report Studio.
I had taken IBM Cognos 8 BI Author Certification.
I would like to get more knowledge on  Frame work manger and Administration and Security  part .

Could anyone can suggest me a plan for achieving this and what certfication need to take.
