Unable to pass multiple Prompt Values via Dashboard channel

We have a report studio based dashboard report that takes in 2 parameters via the channel setting in the Dashboard portal. Both are optional parameters.

We have 2 portals in the dashboard. One  points to a simple report with 2 value prompts with same prompt name as the dashboard report prompt. Idea is when user picks the prompt values, the channel will pass those values to the dashboard report and refresh it appropriately.

Some reason, the second prompt value is never getting passed to the dashboard report. The dashboard report refreshing taking in new values from first prompt. But the second prompt value never gets passed on. Any ideas?

Hi,

I am experiencing the same problem.  The first prompt passes the value via the channel, but the second one doesn't.  Were you able to resolve this?  If not, hopefully someone out there can lend a hand.

I take it back.  I had other issues with my dashboard.  Once I resolved, it worked with 2 prompts.

This issue has been fixed in 8.4.1.
