calling contributor macros from Manager on citrix

Hi
I'd set up a macro from a Manager screen that called a Contributor macro

When migrating to a citrix environment it does not work

On investigation with IT they said that epMacroExecutor.exe is a server component and, as such, is not installed on the Citrix server and therefore cannot be run, even from a batch file

Has anyone come across this and have you found a workaround?
