Unable to Open Analysis Studio

I have a user who cannot open Analysis Studio for some odd reason.  The user logs in to cognos, opens analysis studio, selects a package.  The package will not open.  The user gets a blank pop up window (About:Blank).  The user can open the same package using query studio.  We tried all the common IE things (pop up blocker, trusted site in the zone etc).  Has anyone seen this before?
