Last run date for reports not showing up

Hi all,

We are running ReportNet in production at our facility and are in the process of moving over to Cognos 10 which entails the conversion of reports. In ReportNet there are hundreds, maybe even thousands of reports that are not used or needed or duplicates of reports and no one seems to have the time to provide the IS department with the list of reports that they actively use.

So I got the idea that I would use the last run date of a report to determine if that report has been run in say the last year or so. However, when I go to look at the last run date for a report that I know has been recently run it shows a date of like a year ago.

So I have two questions:

1. Does anyone have any ideas as to why the last run date is not updating for reports that are run and/or any suggesstions as to what I can check/change to resolve this?

2. Once I get the above issue resolved, can anyone tell me what table or tables in the Content Store contains that information so I can run a query against it that will give me the name of the report and the last time it was run?

I opened a ticket with IBM, but they can't help even though this relates to our upgrade to Cognos 10, as they no longer support ReportNet.

Any ideas/suggestions are greatly appreciated as I dead in the water at this point.  :(
