our organization wants to create dashboards? which is the best way to develop and implement a dashboard or multiple dashboards into our organization.

I know you can do dashboard type reports in report studio? is this the most effiicent way to do this or is there dashboard software which needs to be purchased. do anyone have any information of cretae corporate dashboards . please post and upload any documnts which would be of benefit.
