[solved] ReportNet: Implementing Repository Control with CVS

Afternoon all,

Has anyone had any expereince with getting CVS to work with ReportNet in a Windows environment?

I have a number of problems:

Only CVS version 1.11.5 is supported. My problem here is that I can't find a windows version of CVS 1.11.5. So if anyone knows where I can get a windows version of CVS that would help... I've managed to find a UNIX version but obvioulsy this is not much use.

As I couldn't find the supported version I tried to use CVSNT which seems to be the suggested tool for windows - however although I could add a project to the repository I was unable to check the project out for editing.

Cognos wouldn't help as I'm not having a problem with the supported version, and they won't look for a supported version until I find it and get a problem with it!!

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
