ipfInternal_java.log file

Hi, I am a cognos newbie.
Can anyone tell me what  ipfInternal_java.log file log for? I did not find any information from cognos 8 document about this log.
also I saw a lot of warning below:

what do those mean? where can I find document about this log file? How can I configure the timestamp to show as"yyyy-mm-dd:hh:mm:ss"?

We has the the same issue. Did you figure out it?

This is a known issue with Version 8.4 FP1 and above. This can be avoided by lowering your Audit log levels. This is supposed to be fixed in later version.

Hi All,
We use cognos 8.4.We set up the logging to database still the data is not populated.I got the same error in ipfInternal_java.log file - LogJDBCAppender::getLogStatement() - Request ID is missing in this ' ' audit indication (Level 3), drop it from DB. The logger is 'Audit.RTUsage.QOS'.Any way out please.
