Hi,

when i install & configuring got the below error.

kindly help any one its very urgent.

C:\Program Files\Cognos\c8\dashboard\bin>net start IBMCognos8GoDashboard
The IBM Cognos 8 Go! Dashboard service is starting.
The IBM Cognos 8 Go! Dashboard service could not be started.

A service specific error occurred: 0.
