Contributor for EXCEL Error

Hi,

I'm getting the following Error when switching between 2 spreadsheets in EXCEL. The Contributor Client is installed for 8.4 on the machine, but the user hasn't used it yet.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, couldn't find anything on it on the Knowledge Base.

It's more of an annoyance for the user, they can still work away, but I'd like to get rid of it nonetheless.
