HTML Hyperlink in Excel

All,
I am running reports in Cognos 8.3 BI that have hyperlinks embedded in HTML items, the reports and links work when running them in Cognos however when a user opens the report in Excel the links completely disappear. I remember there was a way to allow those items to be passed to Excel by adding an environment variable to to the dispatchers I just can't remember what it was...

If anyone knows it can you pass it along to me please...
