How to Freez the List column name Row

I want to design a list report such as  the list Column Heading part should be fixed.when Run the report Column Name Row should freez and when i darg down the report it should display the data in same page.Aslo i want to sort every column on the page itself.Please help me how to achieve this.

Please help me to Freeze the List Header Cell in the report.It's very urgent!!!!

Hi,

Insert two lists in two different blocks one above the other.
Make the List Columns Body Style of the above list as box type none and make List Columns title Style as box type none in the below list.
Fix the size of the lists.
Set the height of the below block and select 'Use Scroll bars whenever necessary'.
You can use the same query for both the lists.
