Issue when exported to excel

Hi,

I've got a report wherein there are 3 lists in one page when the report is run in HTML all the 3 lists should be displayed in one page and when it is exported to excel 2002 all the 3 lists to be displayed as 3 tabs in excel sheet. It was acheived using 4 report pages where in 1st page has all 3 lists and 2nd page has 1st list and 3rd page has 2nd list and 4th page has 3rd list.By creating a variable using case statement where report output function =HTML and report output function <> HTML for other outputs and and assigning this to 1st page as a render variable and to the other pages assigned other output as render variable. It was working fine. But now there is a change request where in the HTML page(1st page has drill thru on all the lists) based on a condition all the drillthu's should  be removed on all the lists. This was achieved by using a conditional block where  in another set of 3 lists was used without drill thru's when the condition is yes then these 3 lists will be displayed else the original lists with the drill thru's will be displayed .This is also working fine .
However when the output is exported to excel the original condition (exporting 3 lists to 3 tabs)is lost and also the values seems to be getting duplicated (same set of values getting displayed twice).Any ideas how to resolve this.
Thanks
