hi,...
we have upgraded cognos gateway server with cognos 8.3 service pack2, and the application server is restarted. But when i test the gateway configuration in webserver I am getting the following error message:
[Cryptography]
1. [ ERROR ] CAM-CRP-1132 An error occurred while attempting to request a certificate from the Certificate Authority service. The Certificate Authority

service returned the following error: CAM-CRP-1259 Unable to authorize a Certificate Authority Service certificate request. The client computer's CA password

may not match the server's CA password.

The cognos 8 service was up at the time of installation, will that be causing this error?
Is there any way to uninstall the service pack ?

any help will be highly appreciated......thanks in advance....
