when starting tomact

i am going install cognos reportnet on oracle 9i
when iamgoing to start tomcat..  in "c:\programfiles\cognos\crn\bin  "Error   occurs"

Have you reviewed your crnserver.log file?

Is the database and schema setup properly? Is the Oracle .jar file copied to the correct location per the documentation?
