is there a way to ask cognos content store (Cognos sdk or something else?)

Please i need your help.
I have to program a tool to list analyst and contributor objects in order to compare 2 cognos planning environnements.
Is there a way to do it, like using cognos  sdk or any other way like (sql, ...) .
If it is not possible, do you know if there is a tool able to report planning objects list and caracteristics?

I found a solution by myself for cognos planning contributor.
I will make queries to ask metadata on content store.
For analyst, it seems to be impossible because libraries are file system based. All files are encrypted.
If you have any idea to resolve my question for analyst, any suggestion will be really welcome.
