Cognos Data Manager 8.3 Books?

Does anyone know of any books available for Cognos Data Manager?  I've taken multiple Cognos trainings, mainly Metadata Modeling, but they do not touch on ETL in these classes.  I understand the concepts of ETL, I just do not know the Data Manager tool.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have the tool installed then you should be able to access Getting Started Tutorial. It's good start and it explains all important features of datamanager (Fact build, Dimension builds, hierarchies, lookups,...)
