Hi,
Need some advice. I'm having 5.5yrs of exp (3yrs in cognos ... avg skilled resource). I am looking for change and i got an offer from IBM  and another one from HCL. Can u advice me which one to take. How will it be working in IBM bangalore? is it a safe job? need ur feedback...
