Cube refresh using batch file and windows scheduler

Hi Everyone
I have a unique problem with my cube refresh. I have Cognos 7.3 mr2 and I'm updating cubes every week using a batch file.
I scheduled it to run everyweek. The schedule runs only when I run the schedule with the logon ID that I used to install the cognos.If i use any other ID the schedule fails with this error."Fri 03 Apr 2009 11:53:08 AM 1 000622D3 (TR3110) An unknown error has occurred during the operation. Please contact Cognos Customer support. ->OK

The same batch file will run and refresh the cubes sucessfully with any logon id if I start it manually.But fails if I schedule it to run with any Logon ID other than the one I used to install the cognos.(All the login ID has administrative privilages).
The command I'm using in the batch file is "D:\Program Files\cognos\cer4\bin\trnsfrmr.exe" -n1 -i -kSignon=userid/password -r4 -nologo "d:\cer4_pp_mdls\mycube.mdl"
If anyone has solution or input on this problem is very much appreciated.
