Is it possible to add an RSS feed to the site?  Can this be done by topic or board?

There are RSS feeds available for the site.  The main page is http://www.cognoise.com/community/index.php?type=rss;action=.xml.  You can also use the same format of "?type=rss;action=.xml" at the end of any section of the forum if you'd like to subscribe to individual boards.
