When adding a datasource to Transformer, we end up with a list of all the columns from all the selected tables, but no indication of which column  belongs to which table.  In other words, in the Datasources pane, we end up with just a long list of all the columns from every table.

How can we get the table name to appear?

In transformer modeling, the name of the column is key to getting a set of data - the source is of little consequence unless you have orphans.  (topic for another time)  If you have a mixture of fact and dimensional queries, then you should name the iqd's (datasource) appropriately.  If you have a mixture, then the name of the dimension value in the dimensional query will need to be the same as the name of the column in the fact queries.  That's the link. Your dimensional queries should only produce one value for each column that you intend to use for the unique value at the bottom of a dimension.
If you have only fact queries, then the names of the columns that link the facts together must be identical in all, if you expect to have scope across the model.
